Hello, beautiful soul!

I am so glad you’re here.

But let me be truthful, it took me a long time to get here myself.

I was not always happy. 

But I told myself I was “just fine”

Do you do that? 

Do you tell yourself you’re “just fine, and everything is ok?”

I used to work 14 hour days with no days off most weeks.

I was overwhelmed and over-extended, inside and out.

I put on a happy face, but truthfully, I felt hollow and unfulfilled.

I continuously ruminated about everything that had gone wrong during the day and disregarded all the good stuff that had happened 

And there by my side, through it all, was my constant companion — my savior, my soother, my rescuer — food.

Exhausted by my food-frenzied thoughts and behaviors, I took a chance, and began to take an honest look at what was going on in my inner world…and there…inside my inner fridge…I discovered the path to healing

As I dug deeper, I realized I was playing small within the walls of my everyday life and using food as a way to escape and feel ok.

I knew that everyday I was suffering from the ongoing impact of unhealed wounds that deserved my care and attention.

And, I learned that I did not have to do it alone.

About Me

My name is Isabel Chiara, author, life actualizer, and the heart behind Nuclear Healing. I’m so thrilled to welcome you here.

I help people change their relationship with food by healing their emotional wounds, and activating their potential to anchor in a healthy lifestyle that’s sustainable.

Did I mention already that I wasn’t always living in light and joy? There were days, endless days, when I wore the mask of “just fine.” Overwhelmed, overextended, and constantly seeking solace in food. Does that resonate?

But it wasn’t just about food. It was a deeper call for healing. Tucked away within my emotional chaos was the key to true, sustained wellness.

I’m here to share that I found that key. And more importantly, I want to hand it over to you.
